Welcome to Heidelberg Holi 2026, a celebration that brings the spirit of Holi—the vibrant Indian festival of colors—to the heart of Heidelberg. Since 2022, Heidelberg Holi has grown into a beloved tradition, uniting people from diverse backgrounds through the universal language of joy, color, and community.

Over the past years, hundreds of attendees have joined us to embrace Holi’s message of unity, inclusion, and togetherness. Each edition has grown in scale and meaning, becoming a highlight of Heidelberg’s cultural calendar. This year, Heidelberg Holi 2026: Colors of Unity carries this spirit forward with an even more meaningful experience.

Hosted at the renowned Völkerkundemuseum Heidelberg, known for its rich collection of global art and cultural heritage, this year’s celebration provides a perfect setting to reflect the joy, harmony, and vibrant diversity that Holi represents.

⭐ What to Expect

All-Inclusive Ticket (11:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs)

• Registration & Lunch (11:00–13:00): Lunch distribution will begin at 11:00 AM and continue strictly until 1:00 PM. For hygiene reasons, all lunch consumption must be completed before the color play begins.

• Color Play:Immerse yourself in the joy of unlimited play with vibrant, safe, and eco-friendly Holi colors—bringing a burst of happiness to the day.

• Engaging Activities: Start the day with interactive games and cultural performances that bridge traditions and modernity.

• Delicious Indian Cuisine: Savor a freshly prepared Indian lunch featuring authentic flavors to complete the festive experience.

• Beverages: Water (Unlimited) and 1 Glass of Thandai included with your ticket.

Note: All other beverages can be purchased at the venue.

• Live Music & DJ: Enjoy live music and dance to the high-energy beats of a professional international DJ—creating a lively and unforgettable atmosphere.

        Entry & Conduct Policy (EN + DE)

• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• Registration starts at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be served during registration and strictly until 13:00 for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Please arrive on time.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed. The organizers reserve the right to check bags if necessary (exceptions: baby food or medically required items).
• If you are attending with children, please keep them under close supervision. Although the colors are organic and meet EU safety standards, please make sure they avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas.
• Kindly wash your hands before lunch for hygiene.
• Respect everyone’s personal space. Holi is a friendly festival, but do not apply colors on anyone without their permission.
• Any disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour may lead to removal from the event without refund.

• Mitgebrachte Speisen und Getränke sind strengstens untersagt. Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, Taschen bei Bedarf zu kontrollieren (Ausnahmen: Babynahrung oder medizinisch notwendige Artikel).
• Wenn Sie mit Kindern teilnehmen, achten Sie bitte jederzeit auf ihre Sicherheit. Obwohl die Farben biologisch abbaubar und gemäß EU-Sicherheitsstandards geprüft sind, achten Sie darauf, dass keine Farbe in die Augen oder empfindliche Bereiche gelangt.
• Bitte waschen Sie sich vor dem Mittagessen gründlich die Hände.
• Respektieren Sie den persönlichen Raum anderer Gäste. Holi ist ein freundliches Fest, aber bitte tragen Sie niemandem Farbe ohne dessen Zustimmung auf.
• Störendes, aggressives oder respektloses Verhalten kann zum Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung ohne Erstattung führen.

  EN: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be granted. Tickets are non-transferable. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
